A practical point of view.

I help organizations turn AI curiosity into practical capability through engineering, automation, and training. My focus is on making the technology useful in the context of the work people already do.

That means starting with the questions a team needs to answer, the information it relies on, and the decisions it needs to make. A model is one part of that picture. Data quality, retrieval, permissions, evaluation, and human review deserve just as much attention.

Bring people into the process.

My work also takes me into workshops, classrooms, and conversations with business teams. These settings bring a different kind of technical challenge: explaining an idea clearly enough that somebody can apply it, question it, and recognize its limits.

Corporate AI workshops, technical sessions such as INTkathon, and education initiatives have shaped how I think about adoption. The explanation and the handover are part of the system.

This site is a place to share the decisions behind the work. A useful case study explains the constraint, the architecture, the failure, and the outcome. A useful article makes a difficult idea easier to reason about.

My aim is to connect technical depth with a practical understanding of teams in Nepal: build thoughtfully, explain clearly, and keep asking whether the result is useful.
